What is the KAFit online back course?

The KAFit online back course is a digital online prevention course certified by the Central Testing Agency for Prevention (ZPP) in accordance with §20 SGB for the sustainable promotion of back health.

The course is aimed at adults aged 18 and over – whether beginners or returning participants – who want to strengthen their back muscles and prevent tension.
Yes, provided there are no acute or serious illnesses. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a doctor before the course begins.
You will receive weekly access to new course videos with a combination of exercise sessions and understandable background information on back health.
The course runs for 8 weeks with one new session per week, each lasting approximately 45 minutes. You decide flexibly when you do your exercises.
Topics include back mobilization, posture training, core stability, ergonomic behavior in everyday life, lifting & carrying, and relaxation techniques.
